Phase 1: Foundation
Building the core local chat companion with cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Features a self-contained C/C++ AI inference core, React/Next.js frontend, SQLite data storage, and Unity/Unreal Engine plugins.
Phase 2: Multimodal Expansion
Adding voice interface with natural conversation, audio processing and response, image recognition capabilities, and an Android app with earbud interface. Implementing speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and remote JNI native Android support.
Phase 3: Knowledge Integration
Integrating personal document ingestion (text files, PDFs, emails), social media history, secure personal data storage, and contextual knowledge retrieval. Implementing document processing pipeline and secure storage with encryption.
Phase 4: Continual Learning
Enabling real-time learning from user interactions, preference adaptation, conversational memory, and personal context awareness. Implementing lightweight fine-tuning, memory systems, and user feedback incorporation.
Phase 5: Agentic Desktop Assistant
Adding screen understanding capabilities, PC GUI interaction automation, workflow assistance and optimization, and task completion across multiple applications. Developing screen recognition, input simulation, and safety mechanisms.
Phase 6: Latent Pool Protocol
Creating secure peer-to-peer AI communication, trust management system, distributed knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. Implementing inner latent sharing, intrinsic contribution attention, and ZeroMQ for distributed communication.
